The Swiss army knife of fizz just as comfortable at a family dinner as it is at a wedding. this "blanc de blanc" is made with 100% white wine grapes (80% Chardonnay 20% Aligote) by the oldest producer of sparkling wine in Burgundy. Those who know me know I  feel Cremant is the unsung hero of French fizz, and this is one of the best, biscuit-y flavours are balanced by green apple and fresh acidity, have a taste and you'll wonder how much of Champagne is just hot air.
