Henri Favre Brut Champagne NV

Henri Favre is produced by négociant S.A Les Roches Blanches, which has been around since 1994! Négociants are owned by their members who are mostly growers. They often have multiple brands and are supposed to offer growers a democratic and fair way to sell their grapes. Les Roches Blanches is a quality driven négociant, all their wines spend 2 years on the lees pre release (minimum is 1 year), and they strike a good balance between preserving tradition and embracing modern technology to improve efficiency.

This is a classic champagne, and you can therefore expect classic flavours! Those include aromas of green apple, pear and those special notes of brioche and pastry that despite their efforts, producers outside of Champagne struggle to attain. It's refreshing in style, the perfect party pop to serve with canapes.
