Chassagne Montrachet 'Vieilles Vignes', Domaine Guy Amiot, Burgundy, France, 2020

Top flight red burgundy that really delivers 'bang for it's buck'.  Yes it's pricey but this is fabulously gutsy stuff.  Unfined, unfiltered, soft and seductive Pinot Noir from our favourite grower of Cote de Beaune Red.  It's drinking well now with an hour or so breathing and will continue to evolve and develop in bottle for a good 5 years plus.
