I had to taste this wine three times to make sure it really was as delicious as the last time … and it was …. every time. It’s a blend of Ugni Blanc and Clairette with a dash of Sauvignon and Chardonnay for good measure. Think apricots, apples, pears and a summer meadow and you’ll be right there with this moreishly mouth-watering wine.
