Côtes du Rhône 'Le Temps Est Venu', 2021, Stephane Ogier, Rhone

There's not a lot of this vintage left and we'll be so sad to see it go.  It's made by one of the kings of the northern Rhone, Stephane Ogier, and it tastes 'Proper Regal'.  Made largely from Grenache, it's hot, spicy and rammed with soft, stewed red and black fruit.  Smooth and warming, it's the perfect Spring red that works brilliantly with BBQ'd meats and works wonders for the BBQ chef when stuck outside in the p**sing rain.  DELICIOUS.
