Touraine is where to go to get really vibrant, energetic and zippy Sauvignon ... that doesn't taste like alcoholic fruit juice.  This is a modern style of Sauvignon, bursting with gooseberry, greengage and green apple fruit.  It's a glass full of joy that brings me back to Summer with every sip.  Best enjoyed for a glass or two with a bag of crisps on a Friday night or with any grilled fish and shellfish.
