Formerly a commune of the Sauternes appelation, this has everything it's more famous neighbour delivers at half the price.  Made in exactly the same way - noble rot - it balances the honey, nuts and marmalade with a fresh citrus twist that makes this wine dangerously drinkable.  There is no more perfect way to round off a feast than with a bottle or three of this nectar.
