This beautiful white from Cave de Tain can only be described as sumptuous.  A blend of old vine Marsanne and Roussanne from clay-limestone terroir with each parcel vinified seperately.  This has got it all going on - stainless steel fermentation, some malolactic fermentation too, fine lees contact and generally proper, proper wine making to bring out the rich, creamy apricot like fruit.  A truly magnificent drop - we LOVE it.
