Lalume white Ribeiro, 2020, Dominio do Bibei

Full of delicious citrus, think grape-fruit and tangerine to Albarino’s peach. This was my most exciting wine find of 2023 because it showcases the complete revolution happening in the vineyards of my favourite producer from Ribera Sacra, whole bunch fermenting, indigenous yeasts, oak and lees ageing, you name it Dominio de Bibei are doing it.
