Crozes Hermitage 'Les Hauts du Fief' 2018, Cave de Tain, Northern Rhone

Deliciously spicy, heady, gutsy Crozes made by this brilliant coop in the Northern Rhone.  Cave de Tain make wonderful wines at still affordable prices and this is a shining example of their range - very classic, very tasty and a great advert for Syrah from the Northern Rhone - it doesn't actually get a lot better.
