Fabrice Amiot (Guy's son) makes traditional, full bodied and long lived wines in Chassagne Montrachet but, luckily for us, he also has land in adjoining Meursault.  We were lucky enough to scoop up 10 dozen of this wonderful Meursault which is beginning to show it's majesty.  It's ripe and fleshy, with a generous dollop of citrus and toasty oak.  A wine to savour and enjoy now but will keep and get even more delicious for a further five years +
