Santenay 'Vieilles Vignes' 2021,  Domaine Guy Amiot

Guy Amiot makes spellbinding burgundy, both red and white, and we love this wine for delivering everything that we could possibly wish for in a full bodied, elegant, moreish white burgundy.  100% Chardonnay from 60+ yr old vines, fermented in new and part used barriques; this is complex, packed with ripe citrus like fruit and a hint of butter.  It's completely delicious now and will get even better over the next couple of years.
