Guy Amiot makes spellbinding burgundy, both red and white, and we love this wine for delivering everything that we could possibly wish for in a full bodied, elegant, moreish white burgundy.  100% Chardonnay from 60+ yearr old vines, fermented in new and part used barriques; this is complex, packed with ripe citrus like fruit and a hint of butter.  It's completely delicious now and will get even better over the next couple of years.
