Think 'English orchard in a wine glass' and you're there with this wine.  Made by a master of Chassagne Montrachet in southern Burgundy, this is a fresh, zippy, charming white.  Bone dry and packed with energy it's a dead ringer for oily fish, oysters, jamon and smoked salmon.
