A Champagne that persuades rather than overwhelms, singing on the tongue with fine bubbles all carrying a lovely ripe pear and apricot flavour that is lifted with biscuit and floral notes. 100% pinot noir, making this what they call a Blanc de Noir it has elegance to boot. The wine sees itself out with a fine long finish that leaves you wanting more. I've been shipping this wine for nearly 20 years and I'm yet to find one better!
