Chateau d'Ollières Rosé, Coteaux Varois en Provence, France, 2023

This is the ultimate Rosé de la Piscine from Provence.  The prettiest Salmon Pink colour with the crunchiest cranberry fruit.  Good Rosé from Provence should not cost more than £15 in my humble opinion unless it's bearing the swankiest of names and is a statement piece.  If you're after 100% refreshing deliciousness in a glass - this Rosé is it 😋
