T’air d’Oc Syrah, Domaine Gayda IGP, Languadoc, France, 2023

If you like inky, silky, blackcurrant fruity, spicy Syrah, this is your wine.  Pure and really well made, this is a lovely, inexpensive, well made Syrah from a Domaine that we love - Domaine Gayda.  The tannins are soft, the fruit generous and the flavours very precise.  It's a cracking red for a party, a summer BBQ and all sorts of other occasions where good red wine is needed......
