Chemin de Moscou 2021, Domaine Gayda, IGP Oc

This is Domaine Gayda's flagship red.  It's a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault; totally organic, with all the grapes hand harvested, manually sorted, destemmed and everything else we'd expect from meticulous attention to detail and care in every step of great wine making.  The result - a soft, elegant, rich, full bodied and spicy red with ripe, fleshy tannin and plenty of black, brambly fruit.
