Chateau Montelena became famous in the Judgement of Paris tasting in 1974 when their Chardonnay was voted best Chardonnay against the most expensive White Burgundies of the time.  This, their Cabernet Sauvignon is top flight.  Rich, ripe, generous and fine - a mouthful of deliciousness.
