Fleurie 'En Voluet' 2023, Chateau de Durette, Grand Vin de Beaujolais

Fleurie is perhaps the best known of the Beaujolais Crus producing elegant, charming, generously juicy red ... and this wine is very good indeed.  Ripe strawberry and bright cherry fruit jump out of the glass.  The tannins are super soft and and the texture silky.  Chateau de Durette have really made a stunning Fleurie in 2023 and it's a wine that's just going to get better and better as it matures.  A cracker!
