Zind Humbrecht is the master of Alsace.  All the wines are made biodynamically with no expense or effort spared in any stage of the vine growing and wine making.  As the name suggests, this Riesling is grown on granite making for a wine with incredible purity and elegance.  I find it completely irresistable.
